The capsules make this so much easier than dealing with loose powder every time. I've been taking hydrangea root for a few weeks now and the veggie caps go down easy with no aftertaste.

Picked up the powder form to mix into tea and it dissolves better than I expected, no gritty clumps left at the bottom of the cup. The resealable bag has held up fine in my pantry too.

Ordered the veggie capsules for my mom since she won't touch loose herbs, and they're so much easier for her to take daily. The bulk sizing options meant I could get a bigger bag without committing to powder I wasn't sure she'd use.
