The 1 lb. bag lasted me nearly three months of nightly tea, which is way better value than the little capsules I used to buy. Earthy and strong, so I steep it with a bit of honey, and I'm out within the hour.

Grabbed the 4 oz. size to try before committing to more and it's a solid amount for the price. The root pieces steep into a strong, earthy tea that genuinely helps me wind down before bed.

I was skeptical about a loose root, but the smell is exactly what I expected and it steeps into a strong cup. Bought the 4 oz. size to try it, and the bag came sealed and full to the top.
