The 1 lb. bag is a solid value since I use a teaspoon daily in my smoothies, and the powder dissolves cleanly without clumping. My energy feels steadier through the afternoon compared to before I started taking it. Only wish it came with a scoop inside.

I’ve been stirring this powder into my morning tea for about two weeks now, and the 4 oz. size is still going strong — it has a mild, earthy taste that doesn’t overpower anything. The texture is fine enough that it mixes decently with a spoon, though I usually give it a quick whisk.

It does the job for my daily tea ritual—the 4 oz. pouch is plenty since a little powder goes a long way. Only small gripe is the lack of a scoop inside, so I’m measuring with a spoon each time, but the texture blends smoothly enough.
