Augentrostkraut

After battling seasonal allergies for weeks, I finally tried this in a tea and the fine powder dissolves cleanly with no chalky aftertaste. The 1 lb. bag is a great value for daily use since a little goes a long way.

The 4 oz. powder form is exactly what I needed for precise measuring, and the consistency is fine enough to mix easily into my routine. Came well-sealed with no clumping issues, so the freshness seems solid. It’s a good value for the quantity you get.

Opened the 1 lb. bag and the powder is fine and consistent, no clumping at all. I've been mixing a small spoonful into my tea each morning and it dissolves easily enough, which is what I hoped for. Just wish the powder form came with a scoop, but the quality itself is solid.
