The powder form mixes cleanly into tea without clumping, which makes it easy to get down even on mornings when my stomach's off. I've been using it daily for a couple weeks now and noticed a real difference in my appetite.

The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t leave that bitter aftertaste I get from steeping the powder. I’ve been taking them daily for a few weeks now, and the convenience alone makes it worth grabbing the bulk jar.

I’ve been steeping the powder into tea each morning and it dissolves cleanly without clumping, which makes prep a lot less fussy. The taste is pleasantly bitter but not overpowering, and the resealable bag kept everything fresh for weeks.
