Fenkolinsiemen

The whole seeds arrived incredibly fresh, with that distinct anise-like aroma filling the bag the moment I opened it. I've been grinding small batches for tea and the flavor is noticeably more vibrant than anything from a grocery store jar.

Ordered the fine powder this time and it's incredibly convenient for adding to tea or spice blends—no grinding needed. The texture is silky and it mixes in without clumping. A little goes a long way, so this bag should last me months.

I snagged the fine powder this time instead of whole seeds, and it's perfect for blending straight into my evening tea without any gritty bits. The aroma is fresh and sweet, and the grind is consistent enough that a half-teaspoon dissolves almost instantly.
