Racine de bardane

I've been steeping the cut form in hot water every evening and the pieces are uniform enough that straining is a breeze. The 4 oz. pouch lasted me three weeks of daily use, which feels like solid value for a pantry staple.

The 1 lb. bag of cut burdock root arrived well-sealed and looks clean, with no stems or filler. I've been adding a teaspoon to my daily soup broth and it steeps nicely without turning bitter. Solid value for the size.

The cut form is exactly what I wanted for brewing tea, and the 4 oz. pouch was packed full without any dusty bits at the bottom. It's my first time buying bulk burdock like this, and I'm already planning to grab the 1 lb. size next.
