Herbe de mouron

The cut form has a nice, fresh green color that holds up well in my storage jar, and it's easy to measure out for a nightly tea. I've been using it for about two weeks now and the texture steeps nicely without turning mushy.

The powder dissolves easily into tea without clumping, which is exactly what I needed for quick daily doses. Leaves look clean and green, and the bag was sealed fresh when it arrived.

I ordered the cut form this time and it's much easier to steep in a tea strainer than the powder I tried before. The texture is fine and dried evenly, no clumps or stems that felt like twigs. It's become part of my evening ritual now.
