Foglia di dulse

The powder is super fine and dissolves cleanly into my evening tea without clumping, which I wasn’t expecting for a bulk herb. Smells faintly of the sea but not fishy at all, and a little goes a long way.

I've been adding this powder to my morning smoothies for a couple weeks now, and the finely ground texture blends in without any gritty residue. It's a simple way to get some seaweed into my diet without fussing with whole leaves.

The powder is so fine it dissolves almost instantly in my morning smoothie, no gritty bits left behind. I was surprised by how mild it tastes compared to other seaweeds, which makes it easy to use daily. This jar will definitely last a while.
