Fior di sambuco

Opened the bag and the blossoms held their shape beautifully—no crushed powder at the bottom like some cheap suppliers. The aroma is sweet and gentle, and a teaspoon steeped into a calming cup with a touch of honey works wonders before bed.

The flowers are evenly dried with no stems or debris, which makes measuring out a batch for tea feel clean and effortless. I've already reordered the larger size because the quality holds up well from bag to bag.

The bulk bag arrived sealed tight with no crushed petals — every flower head is intact and fragrant. I’ve been steeping about a tablespoon in hot water for cold season and the aroma fills the whole kitchen.
