I’ve been taking two capsules each morning with breakfast and the routine has been easy to stick with, which is half the battle for me. The bottle being 60 capsules gives me a solid two-month window to see how I feel before deciding if I want to reorder.
The bottle’s 60-count size means I don’t have to reorder every couple weeks, which I really appreciate. Capsules are easy to swallow and fit neatly into my morning routine without any fuss.
I've been taking two capsules each morning and the bottle really does last the full month, which makes the price feel fair. The capsules go down easy, no weird aftertaste or upset stomach like I've had with other supplements.
