Took these about 20 minutes before my morning workout and noticed a steady, clean energy bump that lasted a few hours—no jitters or crash like with coffee. The 60-capsule bottle feels like a solid month’s supply for the price.
I've been taking these capsules with my morning smoothie and the 60-count bottle has lasted me a solid two months, which feels like good value for the price. The capsules are easy to swallow, no weird aftertaste, and they've become a steady part of my routine without any fuss.
