The cut form is what I ordered and the pieces are consistent, easy to measure out for a daily tea. The 1 lb. bag has lasted me months, which makes the price feel more than fair. I've already started a second batch steeping.
The powder dissolves cleanly into tea without that gritty sludge I've dealt with from other brands, and the 4 oz. bag has lasted me over a month of daily use. Roasting it lightly in a dry pan brings out a nutty aroma that makes my morning cup feel like a real ritual.
Got the cut form this time since I make tea with it, and the pieces are clean and uniform, no dusty bits at the bottom. The 1 lb. size will easily last me a few months, and the root itself has that classic earthy, slightly bitter taste I wanted.
