Kanelbark

The powder is so fine it dissolves almost instantly in my morning tea, and the 1 lb. bag gives me months of use for the price. I've been sprinkling it into oatmeal and smoothies too, and the warm, sharp aroma fills the whole jar when I open it.

The 4 oz. pouch sealed tight and the powder pours clean without clumping, which matters when I’m measuring small amounts for baking. The cassia variety has that bold, sweet heat I was after, so it’s already earning its spot in my rotation.

The powder is fine and even, and the 1 lb. bag feels like it'll last me ages for baking and smoothies. I've already used it in a batch of oatmeal cookies and the warm kick came through just right.
