Pepparmynta blad

The cut leaf form steeps into a really clean, bright cup without turning bitter, even when I forget and leave the bag in too long. I've been using it for an iced batch every morning and the flavor holds up fine after chilling.

I grabbed the fine powder instead of the leaf and it dissolves nicely in hot water with no gritty bits left at the bottom of the mug. The peppermint flavor comes through strong and clean, exactly what I wanted for my afternoon cup.

The cut and sifted leaf steeps into a strong, clean cup in about five minutes without turning bitter. I've been using it every evening instead of tea bags, and the resealable bag keeps it fresh.
