The whole seeds arrived plump and fragrant, not crushed or dusty like some bags I've tried. I've been steeping them in tea every evening and the aroma fills the kitchen nicely.
The anise seed powder is finely ground and mixes into tea without clumping, which I appreciate for my nightly digestive blend. This bulk size will easily last me through the season.
I've been using the fine powder form in my own spice blends and it disperses much more evenly than I expected. The bulk size is honestly a relief since I go through it quickly.
