The powder is fine and mixes easily into my morning smoothie without clumping, which I appreciate. I got the 4 oz. size to start and it's a reasonable amount for testing whether this works for my routine. My sleep has felt a bit deeper since I started taking it regularly.
The 1 lb. powder bag has lasted me ages, and the earthy taste mixes pretty well into my morning smoothie without clumping. It's been a solid addition to my daily routine.
I was a little worried about the taste since I've had bad luck with other powders, but this one mixes into a smoothie without any clumps. The 1 lb. bulk size is perfect for my daily routine and the powder is fine and easy to scoop.
