I grabbed the vegetable capsules instead of the powder since I wanted something easier to take on the go, and they've been convenient for my evening routine. The bulk size means I won't need to reorder for a while.

The powder form mixes down fine in warm water, bitter as expected but that's wormwood for you. I've been using it for a few weeks as a bitter tonic before meals and it does the job.
