The powder is so fine it dissolves easily into my morning smoothie without any grit, and the 4 oz. size has lasted me weeks. I've been adding it to soups too, and it gives a subtle sweetness that feels like a nice little health boost.

The 1 lb. bag is generous for the price, and the powder blends into smoothies without any grittiness. I’ve been adding a teaspoon to my morning oatmeal and it dissolves nicely, making it an easy way to sneak in some extra root veggie goodness.

The powder is so fine and bright orange, it blends into smoothies and soups without any gritty texture. I got the 1 lb. size and it's lasted me through months of daily use.
