The 1 lb powder lasted me almost three months stirred into broths, which is way better value than the little jars I used to buy. Grind is fine and it dissolves without clumping, and the seal on the pouch actually holds up.

I've been adding a spoonful of the kelp powder to my smoothies every morning and it dissolves pretty easily, no gritty clumps. Went with the 4 oz powder first to make sure I liked it, and I'll definitely be sizing up next time.

I've been mixing a teaspoon of the 4 oz. powder into my morning smoothies and it blends in without clumping. Nice having the vcap option too since I can take those on days I'm traveling.
