I went with the vegetable capsules since I'm not big on mixing powders into drinks, and they're easy to swallow with no aftertaste. Only wish the bottle listed the silymarin content more clearly, but the bulk size lasts a good while.

The powder form is a decent value for the amount you get, but it doesn't mix well in water and stays gritty no matter how long I stir. Fine for what it is, though I'll probably try the vegetable capsules next time.
