The 4 oz. size is perfect for trying it without committing to a pound, and the powder is fine enough to mix into a smoothie without clumping. I've used it a few times now and the consistency has been exactly what I needed for my routine.

The 4 oz. size is just right for trying it out, and the fine powder blends into a smooth tea without clumping. I've had a good experience with it so far, though the taste is definitely bitter as you'd expect from bark.

The powder is super fine, so it mixes easily into a morning smoothie without any gritty texture. I ordered the 1 lb. size for the value, and the resealable bag keeps it fresh between uses.
