Wasn't sure about powder versus capsules, but this mixes into warm water with barely any grit. I've been taking it daily for about six weeks now and the 4 oz size is a nice way to test it before committing to the bigger bag.

The 1 lb bag lasted me almost three months, which is way better value than the little capsules I used to buy. Powder mixes into warm water fine, though it does settle if you let it sit too long.

Switched to the powder after years of capsules and this mixes into warm water way easier than I expected. The 1 lb. size is a solid value if you're taking it daily, and I haven't noticed any gritty texture once it's stirred.
