มอสไอซ์แลนด์

I bought the 10 oz size to try making a traditional decoction, and the pieces were clean and mostly uniform with very little dust in the bag. It has that characteristic bitter, slightly earthy taste, which is exactly what I expected from real Cetraria islandica.

Bought the 100g size to try and it's a generous bag for the price. The dried moss has a clean, earthy smell and I've been steeping it for tea in the evenings.

The dried moss came in good condition and made a nice, slightly bitter tea. The 10g size is handy for trying it out, though I wish it came in a smaller sample too.
