I grabbed the 1 lb powder and the grind is consistently fine with no clumps. Been steeping it as a strong evening tea and the earthy, slightly bitter taste is exactly what I expected from a root. The resealable bag has held up well in my cupboard too.

The powder mixes into warm water without clumping, which I wasn't expecting from a bulk herb. I've been using a teaspoon in my evening tea and the 4 oz size is lasting me way longer than I figured.

The powder is a bit finer than I'm used to with root herbs, so it works well stirred into warm water but clumps if you just dump it in. Still, the 4 oz size is a good way to try it before committing to a pound.
